Luff Farms Spices and uses from our family and our customers experiences
Garlic Powder - Garlic powder works in any recipe that calls for dried or fresh garlic. The difference is intensity. Use a light hand and taste as you go when stirring it into salad dressings, rubs, marinades, sauces, and stews. The strong flavor of garlic powers many Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes.
Smoked Garlic – Smoked Garlic Powder can be used in all the same places as you would use Garlic Powder. It just has a much bolder taste. Its mild smokey flavor and caramelized sugary combo is so unique you will find yourself using it everywhere.
Garlic & Honey – We use this on Chicken, popcorn, sweet corn, veggie pizza, and most pasta dishes as it adds a favorable sweet taste to a garlic backer.
Garlic & Maple – same as the Garlic & Honey, but for people that like Maple over Honey.
Smoked Paprika – Anywhere Paprika is called out, this Smoked version is a no brainer. We use it on omelets, chicken and fish.
Chipotle Chili – This spicy powder is breast on Chicken, Steak and Fish. It has a bold red pepper flavor and a spice a the end of every bite.
Garlic Scape – This is for Garlic “likers”, not lovers. Use it everywhere garlic is called out. Its perfect for Pesto, and dips…
Garlic Scape & Black Pepper – One of newest spices this year. We asked a Chef for advice with Garlic Scape Powder, and he told us to combine it with Black Pepper. As for where to use… Our adult children use it on literally everything. The freshness of both spices combined affords it to live on salads, eggs, pizza, and all veggies…
Garlic Scape & Anaheim – Use in the same regard as Scape & Black Pepper, Anaheim Peppers are not as HOT as Jalapenos, so there is a mild bite to this spice.
Atomic Habanero – This is VERY HOT. Mexican, Thai, and Indian recipes call for this. People that love heat put it on all foods. Start out small, and work into larger amounts.
Garlic & Habanero – Half as hot as Straight Habanero, but with a Garlic Twist. This is a favorite amongst garlic and hot pepper lovers combined. We like it on fish, chicken, tacos, and burritos.
Honey & Habanero – A sweet heat. Use it on chicken and fish. Also in salsa.
Mango & Habanero - A fruity heat. Use it on chicken and fish. Also in salsa.
Seasoned Salt – wherever you use salt, substitute this seasoning. It has less salt than table salt and has 5 times the flavor.
Pumpkin – we use this in bread, cookie and coffee making.
Spicy Pumpkin – same as pumpkin spice, but with a bite of Cayenne Pepper.
Cinnamon – Fresh from Vietnam, it is the best Cinnamon we have ever had. Period.
Everything Bagel Seasoning – make your own regular bagels into amazing everything bagels.
